Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send a request

Email proximabiotech1@gmail.com with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request.

Include your name, the phone number with country code or email address used to contact us, and a brief description of the information you want deleted. If relevant, mention that the request concerns our WhatsApp or Meta-connected business service. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or unnecessary identity documents.

2. Identity checks and processing

We will review your request and may contact you to confirm your identity or clarify its scope. We will explain the action taken and any information we need to retain. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements; contact us at the same address if you need a status update.

3. Information covered

Depending on your request, we will delete or anonymise personal information we no longer need, such as website enquiry details, contact details or conversation records, in systems under our control. Where necessary, we may coordinate with authorised hosting, messaging, email or database service providers to carry out the request.

We may retain records needed for legal, tax, security, dispute-resolution or other applicable recordkeeping purposes. Backup copies may remain until their normal retention cycle ends. Minimal opt-out records may be retained where needed to avoid sending further promotional messages.

4. WhatsApp and Meta records

Deleting a WhatsApp chat on your phone does not automatically delete our business records. A request to us does not delete your WhatsApp, Facebook or other Meta account, messages on another person's device, or information independently held by Meta. Use the relevant service's own privacy and account controls for those records.

5. Stop promotions without requesting deletion

Reply STOP to our promotional WhatsApp messages, or email us, if you only want to stop promotions. For more information, read our Privacy Policy.
